Our Sustainable Achievements
Reducing the CO2 emission by reducing the excessive use of packaging material in making Corrugated Boxes. Design based innovations to reduce Paper Consumption: Major Seasonal Program for Global Retail Giant is one of the recent examples where we have achieved significant reductions in Paper consumption leading to reduction in CO2 emission.

Converting 7 Ply to 5 Ply, 5 Ply to 3 Ply and in some specific cases 3 Ply to 2 Ply without compromising on the strength.
There are many other corrugated products where there is a scope of converting 5 Ply to 3 Ply by using RCT based papers and henceforth, reducing paper consumption and promoting sustainability.
Converting the use of Plastic to
Paper wherever possible
Initiated the use of Kraft Paper tapes over BOPP tapes for packaging.
Adapting the use of Kraft Paper bags over Polythene bags and also are in the process of setting up Paper bag manufacturing unit.
Currently used PP/HDPE/LDPE/ HM materials can be replaced by equivalent suitable and sturdy paper options.
Switching our Raw Materials
to FSC-certified papers
completely
Many Indian “A” Grade Kraft paper mills have started manufacturing FSC compliant Kraft papers across various grades, available at a slightly higher price, which can be subsidized through Value Engineering in current packaging material specifications.
We are FSC Certified and have already been offering various sustainable products to some of our Esteemed Clients. Such Products include- Cartons, Tags/U-Cards, Display Boxes, Stiffeners, Mailers, Paper bags, etc.

COROPEX was awarded by One of the biggest E-Commerce Companies for this innovation.
We have designed the highest consumed E-Com boxes in such a way that it doesn’t require BOPP tapes for sealing it while keeping the cubical space of the boxes same.
By using the method, we have reduced the consumption of BOPP tapes up 50 Lacs meters annually.
